The Best News Blog is a blog that provides new information or information on major current anime events. Despite being less influential than other genres of blogging, the news blog is still the first place where many devout anime fans find out about information.
The Best News Blog should adhere the journalistic qualities of news writing. That includes credibility, novelty, timeliness and conflict. A good news blog should be a site of credibility, giving information from esteemed sources. The entries should be interesting and catchy, highlighting events that will surprise us with its uniqueness. It should also be able to bring the important news as quick to the reader. Lastly, it reports conflicts within the anime blogosphere or controversies in the anime realm, giving us different views on the issue.
